2. What Data We Collect
We process the following personal data, only when you actively provide it to us:

- ▸Website URL (when requesting an AI chatbot demo)
- ▸Conversation content via the chat widget on the website
We also collect technical data such as IP addresses and browser information via cookies and tracking scripts — but only after you have given your consent.
3. How We Use Your Data
Appointments and quote requests — To contact you following a booking or request made via our website. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
CRM and follow-up — Contact details are stored in our CRM system (GoHighLevel) to manage and improve our collaboration. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics and marketing — With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel to measure website usage and optimise advertising. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Processors and Third Parties
We work with the following external parties (processors). We have data processing agreements in place or are bound by their privacy policies:

6. Retention Periods

- ▸Client data: 7 years (statutory retention obligation)
- ▸Chat widget conversation data stored in GoHighLevel CRM: maximum 1 year
- ▸Google Analytics (GA4) data: 14 months (Google default retention)
- ▸Analytical data: in accordance with the respective service provider's policy

This privacy policy may be updated. The most current version is always available on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you by email if we have your address.
